MODUS PEX-A-AL-PEX-B PIPE SYSTEM

Multi-Layered Strength – Flexibility, Durability and Stability All in One

Modus PEX-A-Al-PEX-B pipes are multilayer composite pipes made from a combination of high-performance PEX (cross-linked polyethylene) and aluminum interlayer technology. This structure combines the flexibility of PEX-A with the stability of PEX-B. The aluminum interlayer provides the pipe with both shape memory and a low coefficient of expansion. The result: maximum temperature resistance, excellent form retention, and long life.

High-quality LG Chem raw materials are used in production, and the aluminum layer is butt-welded. This ensures both complete sealing and excellent axial accuracy.

- Recessed and surface mounting applications

Quality and Trust

Each Modus PEX-A-Al-PEX-B pipe undergoes automated ultrasonic weld inspection during production. Each batch undergoes density, tensile strength, weld strength, pressure testing, and thermal expansion tests. The production process fully complies with the ISO 9001 quality management system and EN ISO 21003 product standard. Modus' quality philosophy is based on the principle of "Zero complaints – Maximum confidence."

Conclusion

Modus PEX-A-Al-PEX-B pipes are the most advanced example of metal-plastic hybrid technology. Combining the strength of aluminum, the flexibility of PEX, and the engineering quality of Modus, they deliver long-lasting, form-stable, and leak-proof solutions.
